1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Prospectando. Marketing and Sales Agency, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) 52.653.410/0001-35, based in Brochier, RS, Brazil. By browsing, using the forms or accessing the Client area, you agree to these terms.

2. What the website is and what it isn't

The website presents the agency's services. Descriptions of scope, timelines and method are for information only: they do not constitute a commercial offer. The binding proposal is the written document sent after the review, with a scope and price specific to your case.

Publicly stated timelines (such as 5 to 10 business days for website design) start counting from receipt of the complete briefing and all necessary materials, and apply to the scope described in the proposal.

The illustrative graphics shown on the service pages (content calendar, search results and Google listing) are demonstration examples, labeled as such, and do not represent real client data.

3. Intellectual property

The Prospectando brand, logo, text, layout, code and visual elements of this website belong to Prospectando. You may use the website to learn about and hire our services; you may not copy, reproduce or adapt its content for any other purpose without written permission.

The content you send (briefing answers, text, images and materials from your business) remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to perform the service you hired.

4. Forms and briefings

By submitting a form, you state that the information is true and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of the business you represent. Incomplete or incorrect briefings affect the timeline and results of the work.

What we do with the data you send us is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The briefings run on a third-party platform (Typebot). Use of that platform is also subject to its own terms.

5. Client area

• Access is personal, non-transferable and tied to the contracting business.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your access.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately through our support channels so we can lock the account.
• It is forbidden to try to access another client's data, bypass access controls or automate requests without authorization.
• Access may be suspended in case of misuse or termination of the contract.

6. Ownership of accounts and assets

Ad accounts, Analytics, Google Business Profile, domain and hosting are registered in the name of the contracting business. Prospectando acts as manager. When the contract ends, the agency's administrative access is removed and the assets stay with you.

7. Third-party links and services

The website links to third-party services (WhatsApp, social media, Typebot, reporting tools). Prospectando does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

The agency commits to method, careful execution and transparency about what was done. It does not guarantee rankings, sales volume or financial return, because those results also depend on factors outside the agency's control: market, competition, pricing, customer service and third-party platform algorithms.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to third-party infrastructure failures.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you agree to the new version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Montenegro, RS, Brazil, which covers the company's seat in Brochier, are chosen to resolve any matters arising from these terms, unless the law sets a different jurisdiction for consumer relationships.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by contract, such as data protection rights (GDPR, LGPD) and consumer protection rights.
